Discuss this service βTHE SERVICE
Not every machining requirement begins with a large order. Werdien Machine works on single custom parts as well as production runs, giving individual components the attention their application requires.
A custom part starts with a specific need rather than a standard catalog selection. Its shape, material and functional requirements define the work. An existing drawing offers a direct starting point; if your information is incomplete, begin with a conversation about what is still needed.
WHAT THE WORK INVOLVES
Describe what makes this component unique: its dimensions, how it connects to an assembly or the function it must perform.
A current drawing helps establish the work. Photos or a reference part may help explain the requirement, but do not by themselves define every dimension or material property.
If the first component may be followed by more, mention that context. Any later run is reviewed against the applicable revision, quantity and agreed scope.
PROJECT FOCUS
A concise introduction, a clearly identified drawing and the features that matter most provide a useful starting point. Separate confirmed specifications from questions that still need an answer.
Specific material grades, achievable tolerances, part size limits and lead times are confirmed for each project.
Prepare a project brief βSend the part description, drawing if available, quantity and requested timing.
